Celebrate!
And happy 123456 second to everyone!
I spent my only-once-every-13,000-years-or-something moment on the Magical Inter Nets!
How did you celebrate?

Maybe
its just the light reflecting off the championship banner, but Buehrle looks like he's been eating with Jenks.
When I miss the playoffs by 1 point...
I will be appealing to the commissioner with the first week stats of Travis Hafner who I forsee as hitting twelve homers by next Sunday.

WBC coverage...
i guess, Chan Ho Park struck out Ichiro for the win in the Korea v. Japan game. That sure would have been cool to see.
U.S. (us)
Im’ watching a tivoed Mexico vs. US, and I got say if the US gets upset early it’s completely because their doing crap like pulling Peavy after 23 pitches. It’s only 23 freaking pitches! Let him at least start the next inning. Oh fuck, now he’s throwing a bullpen.

Marcus G.
I like him more know that I know the poor guy has had some rough times. Poor devil baby!
I can't believe Korea beat Japan in the world baseball classic. Can you guys believe it? What an upset. I mean, everyone is watching the Tivo-ed games nightly, right? That taps out my baseball knowledge for 2006 because I haven't studied for the draft yet.

And an ex-Cubs hangs 'em up...
...well yeah, Sammy, but I'm much sadder to see Brooks Kieschnick go. No "sure thing" Cub left fielder has ever pitched so well. Good bye to the two way wonder, somebody call the pen and get Murton warmed up.
